Villa Details 

The villa is tastefully and luxuriously furnished by a leading interior designer and is ideal for guests who appreciate high quality and yet affordable accommodation. The house is a home away from home. Our management company in Orlando ensures that the high standard will be maintained.

The house has central climate control making it both in summer and winter a truly comfortable place. In the living room you will find a flat screen television with blue ray dvd player and a selection of dvd’s.
There are cable televisions in all bedrooms and bedroom 4 even has a X-box 360 game console with various games. Adjacent to the lounge with bay window is the covered patio with private pool and spa.

Lounge and dining area


The spacious lounge is provided with comfortable furnishing
where the family can relax together on the large comfortable sofa’s and chairs and enjoy the pool view, watch a film or read a book. There is a dining table with seating for 8.





 

Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, a two-door refrigerator / freezer with ice maker, ceramic hob, large oven, a microwave and of course a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. To meet the needs of the cooking enthusiast, you will find a blender, mixer, professional knives and pans and kitchen tools.
There is a working area in the kitchen for your laptop with free wireless high speed internet connection and a telephone with free local and national calls.

Bedrooms
The bedrooms are as follows:

Master bedroom 1 has a king size bed, built in wardrobe, nightstands, drawer, alarm clock/radio, television and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink.
From this room you have direct access to the pool and patio.









Master bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, built in wardrobe, nightstands, drawer, alarm clock/radio, television and has a private bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.









Bedroom 3 has twin beds, built in wardrobe, nightstand, drawer and television.



 

Bedroom 4 also has twin beds, built in wardrobe. nightstand, drawer, cable television and X-box 360 game console with several games.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share the 3rd bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are tastefully decorated and have harmonious furnishings.

The unique layout of the villa ensures optimal privacy.
If needed there is a cot available, please bring your own bedding for the cot.

Games room


The garage is converted into a well equipped climate controlled games room with pool table, air hockey, and indoor basketball.
Here you will also find the washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate built in closet.

Outside Impression


Outside you can enjoy the sun on the pool deck and you have the 30' x 15' swimming pool to cool off closeby. There is a screen over the terrace and pool/spa to keep the pool clean and bugs out, this will not affect your sun tan in any way!
Around your private pool are sunbeds and a sitting area with enough space for dining outside.




Optional pool heat is available at an additional cost (see rates) and is only recommended between October – March. There is also an outdoor shower.
For those with small children and your peace of mind a pool safety fence is available.              

Miscellaneous
In the hallway closet you will find a safe where you can securely store all your valuables, including your laptop.
Here you will also find an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cot and high chair.
An alarm system is fitted and the villa is strictly non smoking throughout and no pets or animals are allowed in the villa, however smoking is permitted on the patio area.

Our management company in Orlando maintains the villa and pool to the highest standards both internally and externally. They will be available to resolve any problems during office hours and deal with emergencies 24hrs a day.
