Once your deposit has been paid for and your booking confirmed the price will be guaranteed.

Saturday change over is preferred though we are flexible and alternative changeover days are available.
Minimum charge 1 week. Final cleaning is inclusive from 7 day rental.
Arrival time is 4 pm and departure time 10 am.

Payment terms:
To complete a booking a non refundable deposit of $ 360 (€ 250 or GBP 200) or 20% whichever is the greater, must be paid in 5 days to confirm your booking. This will be confirmed by e-mail, with the outstanding balance due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.

A $ 360 (€ 250 or GBP 200) refundable security deposit will also be due to be paid with the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit will be refunded once the management company have checked the home and confirmed that no damage has been done.
